It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Anthony Permaul of Owasso, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Permaul and Emily Permaul (Subrian); and his siblings, Frederick and Nelly. He is survived by: his wife Beryl Permaul (Kissoon); his sons, Walter Permaul, Greg Permaul and Charles Permaul Jr. Nigel Permaul; his grandchildren, Adrianna, Joshua, Jordan, Jonathan, Melania, Jeremy, Natalie and Ciera; and his siblings, Leyland Permaul, Donald Permaul, Bruce Permaul and Thelma Jones.
