He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Frederick Worley and Laverne Worley (Allsup); his children, Monte (Betty) and Terry; and his brother Gene.
He is survived by: his son Tony Worley (Suzye Carla Maloy); his grandchildren, Tyson Donaho, Chad Donaho, Dustin Donaho, Trent Worley, Caleb Worley, Jason Maloy, Brandon Maloy, Amber Hobgood, Sean Worley, Shyla Dallas and Saber Worley; and his brother Donald Worley Carolyn Spickelmier.
