He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth and Nora Mae Matthews Howard; and his brothers, Jerry Don Howard and Clifford Howard. He is survived by: his son Ralph "Douglas" Keen of Owasso, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Robert D. Tompkins of Claremore, Oklahoma, Trina Gange (John) of Broken Arrow, David Howard of Oklahoma City and Tammy Higeons (Rick) of Nowata; his great grandchildren, Shawn Tompkins, Marci Tompkins, Amber Higeons, Bradley Gange and Amanda Moss; and his siblings, Shirley Wells (Tom) of Ozark, Arkansas., Bobby Howard (Judy) of Ozark and Dale Howard (Joyce) of Rockwall.
