He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur A. Wagner and Hedwig Wagner (Werth); and his siblings, Gene and Nellie. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wagner (Rohr); his sons, Todd Wagner (Vicki), Bryan Wagner (Belinda) and Jason Wagner (Christine); his grandchildren, Ethan Wagner, Camdyn Wagner, Mason Mathis, Maddie Mathis, Maizy Wagner, Sydney Wagner and Ryan Mathis; and his siblings, Ron Wagner, Jeanette Pfannenstiel and Gary Wagner.
