Thomas; his nephews, Cole, Miles Thomas and Bill Cegelka (Michelle); his children, Jill Rothlisberger, Kelly Kippes and Bill Moyer; his grandchildren, Linsey Tompkins (Adam), Thaylia Degner (Scott) and Miranda Moyer; his great grandchildren, Jacob Tompkins and Peyton Tompkins; and his grandson Jordan Hollis.
