She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Collins and Lena Collins (Dollar); her daughter Shawna Faulkner West; her siblings, Janet Collins, Donna Manning and Clifford Collins; her grandchildren, Courtney Faulkner, Dakota Owen and Desiraye "Pooters" Morey; and her son-in-law Jim Morey.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Smith, Brendan Jayce Faulkner, Teresa Noe (Chester) of Springer and Russell Faulkner (Ashleigh Tibbs) of Overbrook; and her grandchildren, Jordan Jacobs (Grace White) of Overbrook, Daniel Miller of Overbrook, Austin Miller of Overbrook, Okla., Sierra Miller (Cole Peace) of Bowie, TX and Carrissa Wildman (Eric) of Healdton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
