He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Franklin Scott and Mildred Margaret Scott (Tate); his wife Dorothy Scott; his children, Melissa Lynn Remington and Mark Scott; and his siblings, Bill Scott, Robert Scott (Bob) and Pat Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Scott (Brenda) of Tahlequah, Tony Scott (Robbie) of Nowata, Robert Rush Remington (Heather) of Fenton, Sean Remington (Jill) of St. Charles, J. J. Perkins (Brad) of Nowata and Cindy LaRussa (Tony) of Arlington, Texas; and his brothers, David Scott of Nowata and Roy Scott Jr. of Oklahoma City.
