He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thoburn Brooks Moore and Kathryn Margaret Putnam Moore; his former wife Sharon Ann McMillian; his wife Adele Berry Hitchcock; his daughters, Cathy Martin, Beth Ann Razo and Jackie Anderson; and his grandchildren, Amanda Martin, Michael Peoples, Dean Peoples, Jonathan Buzbee and Carol Buzbee. He was also cherished by several great-grandchildren.
