With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Mae Choate (Oologah, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Pruitt and Juanita Earley (Miller); and her sister Delpha Jean Ruark. She is survived by: her son Dennis Allen Choate (Shannon Le Choate); her grandson Ricky; her siblings, Chloe Hopkins, Barbara Vermillion, Susie Malone, Clarence "Sonny" Earley and Michael Earley (Georgia); and her pet Katty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
