He is survived by: his significant other Jeanith Goad; his daughter Shanna Eicher (Shane); his stepdaughter Janenna Goad; his daughter-in-law Samii Floyd; his sisters, Sandi King (Mark) and Dana Pruett (Rick); his grandchildren, Allie Eicher, Easton Eicher, Greysee Floyd, Grant Floyd and Jacob Cathcart; his nephews, Ryan King, Joel King, Brian Stratton and Greg Stratton; his son Michael Shane Floyd; and also Mike.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting donations the day of the service to help cover expenses.
