He is survived by: his pets, Missy and Annie; his significant other Judith; his children, Lani Welch of Mosca, CO, Elizabeth Lowther of Tulsa, Dr. Paul Beebe (Lisa) of Naples, FL and Christy Radaker (Philip) of Grapevine, TX; his grandchildren, Lance Welch of Albuquerque, NM, Billy Welch of Mosca, CO, Sarah Mckusick (Matt) of Tulsa, Christopher, PJ Beebe of Naples, FL, Brooke Beebe of Naples, FL, Alyssa Twist of Grapevine, TX, James and Nathan Radaker of Grapevine, TX; his great grandchild Cara Welch of Vermontville, MI; his grandsons, Weston Welch of Clovis, NM, Ellie and Ben Mckusick of Tulsa; and his brothers, Stephen Lowther (Sandy) of Clearwater, FL, Robert Lowther of Tulsa and Dennis Lowther (Anita) of Clever, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
