She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude M. Walker and Lorene Beulah "Babe" Walker (Lowther). She is survived by: her husband Mark Lewis of Oologah; her daughter Sarah Hattaway (Patrick); her grandchildren, Abbie, Hunter, Ava, Jack, Olivia, Lillian and Harry; and her sister Claudette Wheeler.
