He was predeceased by: his parents, Father Emmanuel Kamalakis and Bonnie Chloa Calhoun Kamalakis; his siblings, Mary Page, Martha O'Brian, Joy Hand, George, Mitchel, Joseph and David; and his great grandchild Madison Ann Low.

He is survived by: his children, Pamala Lee (Clay Holbert) of Demetrius, II and Jason Meril (Julie Kamalakis) of South Tulsa; his wife Lavona Lee Cash Kamalakis of Oologah; his child Demetrius II (Wendy Gail Kamalakis) of Brentwood; his grandchildren, Christopher Edmond (Sarah Ann Low), Brittney Lee Low, Mikaela Renee (Christopher Ross Frumusa) of Oakley California, Nicholas Owen Kamalakis of Brentwood California, Grand Canyon University and Christian Migues; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Edmond, Dalton Lee, Lily Madison Low and Hazel Grace of Oakley California.
