He is survived by: his wife Susan Hays (Jones); his family Roy; his children, Kannon Dean Hays (Jackie) of Norman, Oklahoma, Kimberlie Rae Borrego (Samuel) of Altus and Krystle Kay Urbina (Justin) of Sackets Harbor; his siblings, Nelson Hays of Altus, Oklahoma and Shirley Pierce of Hollis, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Justin Matthew Urbina, Berlyn Blu Urbina, Shiloh Grace Urbina, Solomon Grey Borrego and Noa Anneliese Borrego.
