He is survived by: his friend Keith Wright; his wife Karen Rector (Schons); his children, Jennifer Madewell (Travis Madewell) of Oktaha, Jessica Kizzia (Melanie Kizzia) of Oktaha and Colten Rector (Sara Rector) of Oktaha; his grandchildren, Aurora Madewell, Teagan Madewell, Trevin Madewell, Jeter Madewell, Micah Kizzia, Deely Kizzia, Grady Rector, Maggie Rector and Bennett Rector; and his siblings, Freddie Rector (Alysa Rector) and Reta Smith (Wayne Smith).
