He is survived by: his daughter Dalice Seal; his grandson Rowan Baker of Wellston, OK; his siblings, Raymond Perkins, Jr. (Claudia), Alfred Perkins of Tulsa, OK, Michael Perkins of Oktaha, OK, Janice McVay (James), Wilma Gibson of Houston, TX and Toni Campbell of Muskogee, OK; his aunts, Helen Brewer, Ruby Lee, Virginia Perkins and Cora Littlejohn; and his cousin Pauline Cotton. He is also survived by one nephew, seven nieces, six great nephews, and eight great nieces.
