He is survived by: his wife Denice Huggins; his children, Johnny Huggins Jr. of Tulsa, Steven Huggins of Oktaha and Brittany Huggins of Tahlequah; his sisters, Marsha Madewell of Muskogee, Mary Huggins of Muskogee and Debbie Vandiver (Danny) of Muskogee; and his grandchildren, Scout and Stella Huggins of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
