He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Fike and Virginia Fike (Golihew); and his siblings, Robert Fike and Carol. He is survived by: his wife Maggie; and his children, Steven Fike of Dallas, Texas and Angela Norton (Ken Norton, Jr.).
