He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gene and Marie Barneche. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Hopkins and Shelli Hopkins; his daughter Camdyn Ryan; his wife Amy; his sister Lyndzi Bales (Tim); his children, Jaxon and Aniston; and his grandparents, Perry and Shirley Crupper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
