It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis D. Samuels (Oktaha, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 1, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Mae Samuels (Ludlow); and his close friend Kevin Romine. He is survived by: his father Nelson Samuels of Smithville; and his sisters, Peggy Ludlow (Bobby Samuel) of Talihina, Katie Noahubi (Nolan) of Bethel, Cindy Samuels of Broken Bow and Jamie Samuels (Brandon Tollison) of Broken Bow. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends, and other extended family.
