He is survived by: his wife Lue; his sons, Victor Mills (Susan L.) of Muskogee, John Mills (Susan) of Muskogee, Robert Mills (Vickey) of Midwest City, Matt Fewel (Debbie) of Broken Arrow, Frank "Clown" Fewel (Latisha) of Muskogee and Zeke Fewel; his stepdaughter Carol Woodruff of Muskogee; and his sister Joyce Williams of Porter. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
