He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Henry and Imogene Skaggs (Hunter); his former wife Linda Skaggs (Noble); and his son Steven Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his daughter-in-law Jamie Skaggs; his stepsons, Jimmy Maynard and Timothy Maynard; his grandsons, Hunter Skaggs and Artcher; and his siblings, Marilyn Greene of Houston, Marvena Belcher of Eufaula, Carol Cowan of Bixby and Les Skaggs of Mannford, Oklahoma..
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel (303 E 7th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lake Eufaula Christian Church (2100 OK-9, Eufaula, OK 74432).
