She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Penn (Doug) of Okmulgee, Mary Ballard of Okmulgee, Debbie Vaughn (Gene) of Okmulgee, Brenda Shrum (Steve) of Checotah and Cheryl Corley of Okmulgee; her grandchildren, Chris Penn (Kimberly), Dusty Penn (Chelsea), Marty Ballard (Gena), Jayme Stevens (Jonathan), Gene Ray Vaughn, Angel Nelson, Stephanie Tankersley, Melissa Collins (Charles), Bradley Shrum (Megan) and Brent Corley; her great grandchildren, Leanna Fowler (Matthew), Alec Penn, Jaxon Penn, Jensen Penn, Hudson Coats, Makelti McGowan (Chad), Kaden Ballard, Kaitlyn Stevens, Logan Stevens, Landry Stevens, Amanda Murray, Addison Williams, Wyatt Vaughn, Jesse Nelson, Sommer Nelson, Kaylee Tankersley, Dalton Tankersley, Jacy Tankersley, Charlie Collins, Mason Collins, Christian Collins, Malia Collins, Karsyn Shrum, Kash Shrum and Matthew Corley; her great great grandchildren, Josalynn, Mila, Brooks, Penelope Fowler, Jaxton, Huxtyn McGowan, Avalie Atencio, Lilly Guay, Walker, Hallie Nelson, Crue and Case Tankersley; and her niece Helen Raye Dixon.
