He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert N. Boudinot and Mary Ellen Boudinot (Evans); and his brother Mike Boudinot. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Ray; his son Charles Boudinot (Billie) of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Sharon Howell of Bethany, Sheena Howell of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Jackie Howell of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Keith Boudinot of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Megan Boudinot of Morris, Oklahoma, Tasha Harris (Kenneth) of Harrah, Oklahoma and Linda Burger (Cody Lasenberry) of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Pepper, Dereck, Chelsea, Brittany, Hannah and Carson; and his sister Susan Koch (Jim) of Arizona.
