She is survived by: her sons, Doug Lewis (Shelley) of Windermere, FL and Darrell Lewis (Traci) of Okmulgee, OK; and her grandchildren, Courtney Lewis Beattie (Jason) of Winter Garden, FL, Whitney Lewis of Windermere, FL and Brian Lewis (Sandy) of Wasilla, AK. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
