She was predeceased by: her brother Clayton Lee Smith; and her grandfathers, Ronald Edward Sunderman and Lawrence Michael Barsic. She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Foreman and Ronda Epperson (Sunderman); her husband Larry Weaver; her daughter Makayla; her stepchildren, Hailey Weaver, Brittany Weaver and Seth Weaver (Harley); her stepgrandchild River Weaver; her siblings, Dusty Foreman (Maegan), Trey Edward Foreman (Elizabeth), Brian Porter (Katelyn) and Misty Belt (Sam); her stepsiblings, Matthew Epperson (Jennifer), Rebecca Washington, Ashley Williams (Roy), Amber Hogan and Kristy Barnes; her grandmothers, Bletta Sunderman and Jeanne Barsic; her mother-in-law DeAnna Cope; and her aunt Nae-Nae. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
