She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Adkins and Irene Adkins; and her husband Charles Blagg. She is survived by: her sister Mary Elizabeth Oaks of Okmulgee; her stepdaughters, Kelly Bacot of Oklahoma City and Beverly McClendon (Terry) of Midwest City; her grandchildren, Bailey and Jackson Bacot of Oklahoma City; her niece Elizabeth A. Guy of Okmulgee; her great-niece Ashley N. Guy of Broken Arrow; and also Hailey E. Bear of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by friends and other relatives.
