It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L Whitlow of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Birtie Whitlow and Grace Whitlow (Bessinger); his wife Jeanie; and his sisters, Ruby, Lois, Lucille, Louise, Ella Mae, Doris and Almeda.
He is survived by: his children, Richard M. Whitlow (Francie) of Boswell, OK, Susie Smith of Okmulgee, OK, Teresa Minson (Jim) of Grant, OK and Jeanee Almond (Curtis) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
