He is survived by: his wife Leticia Hurn; his children, Christina Merriman (Dustin) of Liberty, Billy Jack, Sue Hurn of Henryetta and Kayla Delilah Hurn of Henryetta; his grandchildren, Devin Winters, Harlie Winters, Savanah Winters, Trey Merriman, Desi Merriman, Collin Teegarden, Kaeliegh Hurn, Kaleb Hurn, Kaitlyn Hurn, Jeremy Thomas Jr. and Javier Thomas; and his siblings, Jerry Henley (Pat), Mary Catherine Hurn, Louann Mackechney, Curtis Hardy Henley (Shannon) and Laura Ann Nicholson (Jonathan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
