He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent R. D.; his grandfather Niles Miller; his wife Patricia Burgess; his brother Dr. Jene Miller; his daughters, Martha Blevins (Dan) of Tulsa and Beth Martin (Ed) of Midwest City; and his grandchildren, Eddie Martin of Tulsa and Ray Martin of Tulsa.
When the risk of COVID has subsided, a Memorial Service will be held to celebrate his life.
