He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elton, Jean Fraser, Virgil and Viola Howell; his brother Russell Howell; and his stepmother Martha Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Cindi; his children, Matthew Howell of Stillwater and Erin Howell; his parents, Judy Henson (David) of Okmulgee and Boyd Howell of Okmulgee; and his siblings, Shawn Howell of Okmulgee, Holly Pritchard (Henson) of Okmulgee and Heather Longan (Henson) of Okmulgee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
