He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Lee England (Trammel) and Carl England; and his brothers, Franklin Brown, Carl Brown and Garel Brown (Phyllis).
He is survived by: his wife Linda England; his children, Treva Jones (Wayne) and Jake England (Carolyn); his grandchild Drew England; his stepsons, Richard Chasteen and Jeremy Chasteen; his grandchildren, Christopher Vulliet, David, Lacey Vulliet and Lily England; his niece Joley Carpenter; and his siblings, Karel Stewart, Darel Brown and Debra Brown.
