He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Factor and Elizabeth Davis; his sister Diana Stenguard; and his grandmother Ada Scott. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Burgess; his siblings, Patricia Factor of Okmulgee, Doris Roanhorse of Okmulgee, Gloria Lowe of Catoosa, Bonnie Lou Factor of Okmulgee, Joe Factor of Okmulgee, David Factor of Broken Arrow and Mose Factor of Okmulgee; and his children, Kim Factor of Okmulgee, Scott Factor of Jenks, Maria Factor of Tulsa and Cody Factor of Okemah. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A wake was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaudt's Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel (220 S Alabama Ave, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Montesoma Baptist Church (96119 N3790 Rd, Okemah, OK 74859).
