It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Lavern Kolakowski-Walker (Okmulgee, Oklahoma), born in Welty, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Baldridge and Leora Baldridge; her former husband Jack Kolakowski; and her siblings, Jemetta Heard, Audy and Reverend James Haskell.
She is survived by: her husband Richard of Dewar; her sons, Terry Baker of Okmulgee and Billy Kolakowski of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Sommer Frank and Kalem Baker of Okmulgee; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Wesley Frank, Jaxon Pollard, Rylee and Dawnlee Frank of Okmulgee; her brothers, Fred Baldridge (Betty) of Broken Arrow, Arvil Baldridge (Retha) of Oklahoma City and Bobby Baldridge (Joyce) of Ozark Missouri; her sister-in-law Reva Baldridge of Prague; her sister Gail McIntosh of Jenks; her children, Cari Baker Long, Jackie Jimerson and Dennis Kolakowski; and her nephews, Tommy Baldridge and Jimmy Heard. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
