He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Neal and Doris Neal; his son Brandon J. Neal; his uncle LaMoine Neal; and his in-laws, Marvin and Dorothy Pelt.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa L. Pelt; his son Jason D. Neal of Tulsa; his sister-in-law Marvena Stepler (Sam) of Osprey; his siblings, Sharon Willingham of Houston, Jennifer Bartlow of Oklahoma City, Saundra Ellis (Jerry) of Midlothian, Gwen Baldwin (Greg) of Sherman and Kary Neal (Jennifer) of Okmulgee; and his aunts, Mary Neal of Oklahoma City and Wanda Freihofer of Norman, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
