He is survived by: his children, Daniel Titsworth (Carol) of Virginia Beach, Terry Titsworth (Donna) of Ft. Smith, Gloria Wilson of Henryetta, James Titsworth (Diane) of Okmulgee, Kenneth Titsworth II (Darla) of Waldron, Don Titsworth (Sue) of Okmulgee, Kathy Alsobrook (Clayton) of Tennessee Colony and Jeremy Titsworth (Chad Linley) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
