She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Stoker (Carter); her husband Robert E. Mullings; and her brother Albert Stoker. She is survived by: her daughters, Tabatha Flud (Jon) and Victoria Warren (Keith) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Justin Flud of Okmulgee, Chris, Gabriel Thomas of Okmulgee, Ashleigh Harris (Johnny) of Henryetta and Dalynn Sturman of Okmulgee; her great grandchild JD Flud of Henryetta; her brother Joseph G. Stoker of Boley; and her close friend Steve Vowell of Henryetta. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in memory of Joyce Mullings to the Kidney Cancer Association.
