He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Winter and Ramell Rhodes (Acton); his son Lance Acton; and his brothers, Cecil Rhodes and Steven Rhodes.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Acton (Afton) and Michael Acton; his grandchildren, Austin Acton, Kaylee Acton and Cory Brown; his siblings, Bruce Rhodes (Sheryl), Marilyn Rhodes, Virigina Howard, Michael Rhodes and Arthur King (Tinah); his sister-in-law Michelle Rhodes; and his extended family, Jack, Mary Francis, Milissia Smith, Joann, Robert Walker, Julie Johnson, David John, Robin Mattingly, Carolyn Speaks and Rebecca (Roger Koenig). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
