He is survived by: his wife Janie; his stepson Clinton White of Missouri; his daughters, Michelle (Bill Thomas) of Sapulpa and Jessica (Ronald Smith II) of Mounds; his grandchildren, Michael, Maxwell, Matthews Thomas of Sapulpa, Patrick Hoehn, Sr. (Lizzy), Patricia and Ronald Smith III of Mounds; and his great grandchildren, Patrick, Jr. and Cheyenne Hoehn. He is also survived by four brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
