He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Summers and Leora Summers (Martin); his wife Deanna; his stepson Robert Blanchard; and his brothers, Frog Summers, Dean Summers and Kenny Summers.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny (Cindy Summers) of Okmulgee, Lisa (Ian Mildon) of Pittsboror, NC and Stacey (Chad Brazil) of Waxahachie; and his sister Shirley McManus of Henryetta Many. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
