He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emerson Guinn and Minnie Ozine Guinn (Teem); his former wife Carolyn Sue Waddell; his daughters, Deborah Kay Walker and Gwendolyn Sue Abbott; and his siblings, John, Howard, James, Ronnie, Noah, Gene Austin Guinn, Letha Bell Scrimshire and Georgia Lou Guinn.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Guinn (Etter) of Okmulgee; and his daughters, Angela Shandy (Mark) of Okemah and Sandra Payne (Dwayne) of Midwest City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
