He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lee and Mary Lee (Macstravick); and his siblings, Mick, Dick, Mary Katherine, Patricia and Maureen.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Jennifer Atkinson (Bennett) of Jenks; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Taylor (Quint) of Henryetta, Jenny Kennedy (Wes) of Edmond, Mitchell, Sean Atkinson, Chase Taylor, Maison Lang and Dillion Kennedy.
