It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Vaughn in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolph Hill and Hettie Shevola Hayden (Tiger); her husband Andrew Vaughn; her son Michael Vaughn; her siblings, Helen Rice, Evelyn Smith and Amos Hayden; and her granddaughter Carrie Vaughn.
She is survived by: her sons, Donnie Vaughn (Jackie) of Morris and Gerald Vaughn (Kim) of Hot Springs; her siblings, Wanda Wittman of Nuyaka, Betty Lester of Morris and Dewayne Hayden of Choctaw; and her grandchildren, Justin Vaughn, Kaylee Vaughn, Troy Vaughn, Danara Vaughn, Jerrylyne Vaughn, Ean Vaughn and Miranda Vaughn. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
