He was predeceased by: his father Emmitt Jessie Blankenship; his siblings, Albert Blankenship, Mary Ann Blankenship and Anna Bell Blankenship; and his nephews, Michael Neal Blankenship and Benjamin Blankenship.
He is survived by: his sons, Benny Neal Blankenship of Okmulgee and Bobby Lee Blankenship of Okmulgee; his sister Betty F. Smith of Beggs; and his nephew Jessie Blankenship (Debra).
