It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwen Shandy (Okmulgee, Oklahoma), born in Atwood, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Chaffin and Buenia Victoria Leigh Chaffin; her husband Bob Shandy; and her sons, David Shandy and Jimmy Shandy.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Allred (Jim) of Allen; and her son Don Shandy (Robyn) of Edmond. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
