He is survived by: his wife Deloris; his sons, Harold Blair (Milissa) of Okmulgee, James Blair (Debby) of Verdigris and Bobby Blair of Okmulgee; and his sister Mary Lou Roop of Tulsa. He is also survived by 4 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; and 2 great grandsons.
