It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Athalene Pitts of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Tippin and Hazel Tippin (Yarberry); her husband Kenneth Pitts; and her brother Tommy Tippin. She is survived by: her children, Larry Pitts, Gary Pitts, Nancy Martin and Donna Smith; her sister Norma Driskell (James); and her grandchildren, Cory Pitts (Leetha), Kenny Pitts, Heather Walters (Jesse) and Andy Smith (Ashley). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
