He is survived by: his children, Donald Fulton (Debbie), Sheila Love (Dan) and Elmer Fulton, Jr. (Tonya); and his sisters, Evelyn Spence (Marshall) and Rosa Bess Smith. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
