He is survived by: his parents, Edmond Lowe and Martha Lowe (McNac); his wife Leona Grigsby; his children, Britany Lowe of Okmulgee, Ashley Harjo of Okmulgee, Morgan Harjo of Broken Arrow, Robert Lowe of Okmulgee, Steven Lowe of Henryetta, Charles Lowe of Okmulgee, James Grigsby of Okmulgee and Dakota Grigsby of Okmulgee; and his brothers, Tommy Lowe of Eufaula and Ronnie Lowe of Tulsa.
