He is survived by: his children, Xavier, Timathy, Lillian and Amiyah; his mother Mary Elisa Woodward (Frank); his grandmother Gwendolyn Stalbird (CJ); his father Jerry Don Booker (Sue); his siblings, Robert Lloyd (Misty), Susan Marie Stretch (Keith), Sarah Boolman, Ben Williams, Jr., Skylar Crain, George Crain and Chrysler Crain; his brother-in-law Jason Boolman; and his birth parents, Tammy Crain and Ben Williams (Nancy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
